Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans on Abstract27, operated by Abstract 27 Ltd (company number 07504698). Payments are processed by Creem.io, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
1. Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. You get a fully working Ghost site for the whole trial, so you can evaluate the Service in full before paying anything. We recommend using the trial to make sure Abstract27 is right for you.
2. Payments are non-refundable
Because you can evaluate the Service free of charge during the trial, payments — including monthly and annual subscription charges and renewals — are non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time after a billing period has started.
3. Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, under Billing → "Manage payment & cancel", which opens the Creem customer portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. No phone calls and no retention scripts. You can export your full site before you go.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you think you have been charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a renewal you did not expect — email hello@abstract27.com. We respond to billing queries within 3 business days and will correct genuine billing errors.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
